We are deeply saddened to announce the Death of Mutabazi Charles, who has been key player of the Pacers rugby, a leader and core member of the team.
Charles passed on from Mbarara Referral Hospital having sustained major injuries after a motor accident in the hills of Kabale, while traveling home in western Uganda.
